Yes, we ship Worldwide for FREE! There are some exclusions that we haven't got the ability to ship to yet, but we ship to the vast majority of countries for free. The only country we cannot offer free shipping to is Norway.

Our delivery times vary from country to country, here is a short list of the most common countries we ship to, and the usual time-frame for delivery:

United Kingdom: 7-15 Days.

Germany/France/Spain/Italy/Belgium/Austria/Netherlands: 8-20 Days

United States: 7-20 Days

For all other countries, we recommend a rough guideline of 15-30 Days, the best gauge is your country's proximity to the countries above, the timings will be roughly similar.

Please note there is a 1-5 Business Days order processing time.

We do our best to change/cancel orders when we can. We cannot make any changes to an order (including the address) once it's been shipped.

We will send you the tracking number when the order has been processed. You can click on that number for tracking details. We also send you any major updates from the tracking via email! The link to our tracking page is at the bottom of the website, or simply click here.

Please be aware of the delivery times we recommend when you place the order. These are constantly adjusted and updated to reflect the estimates for delivery. Of course if it has gone beyond that time please don't hesitate to contact us and we will investigate it further.

This is a common question understandably. Because we have quite a few suppliers, often the tag sizes of the same product type, for example, T Shirt, may actually have different measurements. So what we have done is created our own size guide using the typical measurements to correspond to the sizes, and Size Guide we provide.
