How long does shipping take?

BB Clothing includes FREE Tracked Worldwide Shipping! We have just provided our latest update on shipping for each country and how long packages are taking, which you can see here.

Most of our shipping times are between 10-20 business days, but do check the link above as this varies from country to country. 

Returns/Exchanges

We now offer FREE RETURNS!

There is a 14 day period upon receipt of your item to make a return/exchange request.

How do you size the streetwear items?

We have just made huge changes to how we size our clothing, so now, it is simple for you. The size guide on every product page will give you the best indication of what size you need. Further, we are delighted to announce a new "Calculate My Size" feature which works out the best size for you given very simple measurements, such as weight and height, from you!

I received a different size to the size I ordered?

You may receive a different tag size to the size you ordered. We use a variety of suppliers which creates different measurements for the same sizes. So in order to make it as simple as possible for our customer, we have adjusted them all to suit our size chart which shows the typical measurements for the sizes provided. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive email updates on your order every major step of the package getting closer to you!
